I was happy with my time, would have like to have been under the 55 and played that mind game that we all do after the race of where you could have made up that 10 seconds, but overall I am very happy to have improved 4 to 5 minutes from last years race.  When Mac passed me at mile 2 I thought "oh crap I have gone out to fast" then I realized she was just out for a run through the river bottoms.  Phew!

went 4 miles at a 8:35 pace, right knee is tender (I feel like I had a Tonya Harding); must be all that weight on it I am asking alot of my knees to carry this load. Friday Speedy Spaniard should be good, looking to do 53 to 54. I will download some HEART on the IPOD to make sure I make it. I will represent the Clysdales proudly.
